...Words are important, and if you use them more carefully they will reframe most unpleasant or difficult situations into ones that are at least bearable - if not absolutely different.

...However, it is not that difficult to create a new behaviour and have that become a habit, and when it becomes a habit the new behaviour can be used to replace the old (unwanted) habit. ...  After all there is only so much time and energy you can devote to activities throughout the day and if you are so focussed on this new behaviour/activity, then the old one is going to have to step aside.

You need to listen out for this voice and when you hear it you need to challenge it. 

...Do not accept these sorts of limitations in your life; they lead to limiting beliefs about what you can and cannot do, or what you deserve or do not deserve.

...At first listen to the sounds close to you, moving from one sound to another and then slowly extend it out, moving further and further out, until you have gone out as far as you can.

...Tip 3 for creating great questions: make sure that anything that needs to be done is absolutely under your control; if the answer relies on someone else having to do something then you have asked the wrong question.
